Essential Functions
- Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets
- Communicate effectively in person or by using telecommunications with our clients and fellow coworkers and generally enjoy working with a diverse clientele
- Identifying and correcting inefficiencies within the accounting department
- Preparing financial reports
- Tracking revenue and expenses
- Automating routine accounting tasks
- Monthly and year-end closing
- Audit ledger entries
- Maintain financial transparency
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change
- Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Assisting with the training of new and promoted Clark Simson Miller employees
- Assisting as needed with the training of programs and curriculums
- Collaborating with management to organize and implement training programs
- Ensure training completion with appropriate follow up training as needed
