Accounting Manager
About the role
Founded in 1979, Christian Care Companies is Arizona's largest nonprofit provider of senior housing and services, serving approximately 2,200 residents across six campuses through independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, and HUD-supported housing. The organization comprises seventeen legal entities with roughly $85 million in annual revenue. The accounting department records, protects, and reports on every dollar that funds meals, apartment maintenance, and care hours, enabling residents to receive the services they need. Christian Care is a Christian organization whose convictions shape how we treat people; you do not need to share our faith to belong here, but you do need a genuine commitment to seeing the person first, telling the truth kindly, and holding what is entrusted to you with care.
