Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger oversight.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for leadership, the Finance Committee, and the Board of Directors.
- Support the annual budget process, monitor expenditures, and maintain financial projections.
- Track grants, contracts, and restricted funding to ensure compliance with donor and funding requirements.
- Cookordination audit preparation, maintain financial controls, oversee purchasing and fixed assets, and supervise the Bookkeeper.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least three years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial compliance, and nonprofit accounting practices.
- Experience with grant tracking, payroll/HCM systems, budgeting, and financial reporting preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial management software.
- Valid driver's license required.

- Mandatory attendance at a 4-day, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. training program on the Home's trauma-informed care model within 6 months of hire.
Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
