Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 6 direct reports
- Assist with month-end close
- Perform account and bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with annual audit requests
- Understand, create, and produce job cost/analysis reports as requested by Project Manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA or CPA welcomed
- 5–7+ years of experience
- Construction experience; will consider candidates from all industries
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement changes
Pay
$100,000 – $115,000 depending on experience
