Key Responsibilities Lead daily accounting operations and provide guidance and support to team members as the Accounting Manager.Manage monthly close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting responsibilities as the Accounting Manager.Review balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.Coordinate annual audits and partner with leadership on tax reporting, regulatory filings, and financial analysis.Serve as the Accounting Manager responsible for monitoring receivables, analyzing financial results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with executive leadership on financial planning, reporting enhancements, and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.15+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience supporting financial reporting and accounting operations.5+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager or in a comparable accounting leadership position.Proven success leading month-end close processes, general ledger activities, and financial statement preparation as an Accounting Manager.Experience supporting audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.CPA preferred for candidates seeking to excel in this Accounting Manager opportunity.Strong proficiency with accounting systems, ERP platforms, and financial reporting tools required for success as an Accounting Manager.
