Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or relevant experience)
- Background in small company or lean team environments is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed assets
- Support cost accounting within a manufacturing environment
- Cook up with third-party providers for audit and tax
- Utilize ERP system for accounting operations

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 + discretionary bonus
