Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
• Work closely with the Corporate Controller, Division Controllers, and Accounting Compliance Administrator
• Lead month-end close activities
• Manage general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee debt and lease accounting
• Support annual audit requirements
• Provide leadership to the accounting team while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company accounting standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 4 years in accounting management
• A strong working knowledge of GAAP
• Extensive experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Experience supporting external audits
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of accounting software, with MAS and Oracle Netsuite experience preferred

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred

Pay

The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This role offers a flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
