Accounting Leadership Development Program - Manager, Controllership
About the role
The Program During the 2-year program, you will experience 3 distinct areas through 8-month rotation. You will work on challenging and innovative, strategically relevant projects that drive our business forward and create value for our customers. You will be immersed directly into the regular activities of our Controllership and Audit teams supporting various areas of the organization, including Strategy, Operations, Merchandising, Treasury, Global Controller’s Office, Audit, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Real Estate in one of our business segments: Walmart US, Sam’s Club, International, or Corporate. You will gain broad accounting experience while working in a dynamic team environment.

What you'll bring...
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2–5 years of experience in public accounting, audit, or related accounting roles; CPA designation preferred.
- You must demonstrate the ability to grasp concepts quickly and make your presence felt.
- Your style must be forward and persuasive as you’re asked to solve real business problems with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
