About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to build and develop a team and make a difference in our clients' lives. You will continue to expand your vertical as we bring more services into our business and ensure that our client referrals will drive additional revenue by delivering consistent and tangible results.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a team
- Ensure consistent and tangible results from client referrals
- Offer professional advice to all SMB owners in various businesses and challenging situations
- Flawlessly execute bank reconciliation, credit card entry & reconciliation, month-end journal entries, monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports, forecasting & budget reports, overseeing accounting department & financials for multiple companies, month-end & year-end financials
Requirements
- Experience in accounting and finance
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools
Qualifications
- Accounting degree or equivalent experience
- CPA certification preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
