Accounting Lead

About The Role

We're looking for a builder to own and lead the accounting function at Granola. You'll be our first in-house accounting hire, responsible for everything from month-end close and technical accounting to audits, tax, compliance, and financial systems. You'll manage our external accounting partners while building the processes and infrastructure needed to support a rapidly growing business.

What You’ll Own

• Month-end close and financial reporting
• US GAAP compliance and technical accounting
• Audit, tax, and statutory compliance
• Multi-entity accounting and transfer pricing
• Management of external accounting, tax, and audit partners
• Accounting systems and future ERP implementations
• Quote-to-cash process improvements with Sales and Revenue Operations
• Billing and payments operations, including ownership of accounting workflows connected to Stripe
• Building the accounting function as Granola scales

Pay

$200k – $240k + equity and benefits!
