Responsibilities
- Oversight of month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Review and analysis of balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reporting
- Day-to-day leadership, training, and support to team members in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Collaboration with finance leadership to improve processes and strengthen internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor colleagues, and drive process improvements
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
