Accounting Internship - Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Aiding in invoice review, general ledger coding, and three-way matching
• Serving on the cash flow cycle and taking advantage of early payment discounts
• Creating and posting journal entries
• Conducting account reconciliations and supporting month-end close activities
• Collaborating with departments like Purchasing, Receiving, HR, and Plant Supervisors to resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university, junior level or above, majoring in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel
• Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks
