Accounting Intern

As our Accountant Intern, you will gain fundamental hands-on experience that will drive your career in accounting and financial operations. Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable processes
• Research invoice-related correspondence
• Support vendor and subcontractor payment requests
• Maintain compliance documentation
• Participate in project accounting reviews
• Assist with month-end close activities
• Reconcile project financial data
• Help ensure accurate recordkeeping across multiple projects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation concepts
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred
• Experience through coursework, internships, or accounting-related projects is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
