Accounting Intern (2026 Fall) (Part-time)

About the role

This position supports the accounting team and reports on a portfolio of clients, including working closely with the operational team (principal/brand management) to facilitate the clients’ accounts receivable and accounts payable. This role is also responsible for general accounting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of clients: customer billing and accounts payable related to customers
• Help brand management with reviewing expenses, reviewing time, answering questions, and providing documents as needed
• Review client accounts receivable
• Generate and distribute monthly reports
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Help with month-end close

• Able to cooperate and collaborate with all levels of employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel
• Highly detail-oriented and organized in daily work
• Able to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and ask questions if needed
• Self-driven and ready to learn, with a strong work ethic
• Able to think on your feet and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

College degree track within accounting or finance.
