Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary finance business partner for an assigned business channel, owning the full FP&A cycle including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial support for channel leadership
- Lead the analysis of historical and forward-looking financial data within the assigned channel to surface insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed business decisions
- Own and manage quarterly budget forecasts and monthly variance reporting distributed to management across the company
- Produce and own monthly budget versus actual financial statements, delivering accurate and timely reporting in support of finance leadership
- Maintain and continuously improve the efficiency and accuracy of the 17-week cash flow forecast
- Serve as a day-to-day resource for assigned business channel, providing detailed GL reporting and researching and resolving budgetary questions
- Audit GL account activity and independently identify anomalies in the monthly financials that may indicate breakdowns in departmental policies and procedures; escalate findings with recommended next steps
- Develop ad hoc financial reports and analysis in support of finance leadership’s reporting and decision-making needs
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting tools, and internal controls; escalate recommendations to the Director of Finance for review and implementation
- Design, build, and maintain databases of pertinent financial information, including analytical reports used in evaluating future plans and forecasts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration from a 4-year college or university preferred
- 2-4 years of experience with a related degree, 4-7 years of experience with a non-related degree, or 5+ years of industry experience preferred
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related field required
- Demonstrated ability to independently own recurring financial deliverables and business channel reporting
- Experience working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders preferred
