Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle accounting including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
  • Aid in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses
  • Support annual financial audits
  • Prepare technical accounting entries, including lease accounting, purchase accounting, and revenue recognition
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and internal allocations
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
  • Perform budget-to-actual, trend, and variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and communicating insights to leadership
  • Build and maintain financial models, cash flow forecasts, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop KPI dashboards and management reporting focused on revenue, profitability, margins, EBITDA, and operational performance
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide financial guidance, improve decision-making, and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth
  • Support executive, board, and lender reporting with financial analysis and business commentary
  • Participate in profitability analysis, pricing initiatives, capital planning, strategic projects, and M&A support

Requirements

  • Progressive accounting experience with an interest in expanding into FP&AStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP and full-cycle accounting
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or financial modeling
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
  • Excellent attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture business perspective

Qualifications

  • Percentage-of-completion (POC) accounting experience is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
