Key Responsibilities For The Senior Accounting & Finance Analyst Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis. Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to improve business performance. Oversee invoicing, cash receipts, accounts payable, and banking activities. Coordinate audits, tax reporting, fixed assets, and inventory-related accounting functions. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies. Qualifications For The Senior Accounting & Finance Analyst Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related experience. 5-7 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAGE. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
