Accounting & Finance Lead (Automation focused)

What You’ll Do

• Improve and modernize accounting and finance workflows
• Leverage technology to reduce manual work and close cycles
• Possess strong Excel skills and comfort with data, reporting, and automation tools
• Drive accuracy, visibility, and efficiency across the finance function
• Add structure, controls, and scalability as the business grows

Technology & Skills We’re Looking For

• You don’t need to be a developer—but you are comfortable using technology to improve outcomes.
• Experience with modern ERPs and financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Intacct, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with data, reporting, and automation tools
• Exposure to workflow automation, AI tools, or process optimization a plus
• Ability to translate business needs into better systems and processes
