Accounting Data Entry Clerk
About the role
The Corporate Administrative Assistant will perform progressively responsible administrative, clerical, and technical work. This position is responsible for advanced administrative functions of variety and specialization in support of the organization’s leadership and management team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain rapport with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuous contacts; setting priorities; resolving problem situations
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support the leadership team with various administrative tasks, including marketing and company events
- Monitor office expenditures, such as office supplies
- Organize, book, and confirm travel for the HQ team
- Draft executive team correspondence
- Complete administrative projects
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- AA/AS Degree (or other 2-year post-high school training)
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an administrative/Office Coordinator in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
