Accounting Coordinator (Construction Industry)

About the role

The primary responsibility is accounts payable, with additional duties in accounts receivable, AIA billing, and general accounting tasks. Candidates with construction industry experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare or support AIA billing activities
• Perform cash reconciliations with accuracy
• Handle general accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Prior exposure to the construction industry and its accounting practices
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping processes
• Experience with AIA billing (helpful but not required)
• Proficiency with accounting systems; familiarity with CF Data software is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay

Starting base salary between $65,000 - $85,000 annually.
