Accounting Consultant - Insight Cash

About the role

Precision matters—and so does adaptability. As an Accounting Consultant at CCT, you’ll work with real financial data and collaborate closely with client finance teams—including controllers and auditors—as they adopt new systems and processes. You’ll help ensure our software accurately reflects each client’s accounting practices while supporting daily workflows, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our clients’ Revenue Audit Department during software installations to correctly configure our software to their unique needs
• Enable our clients’ utilization of the software to perform and improve cage vault operations, count room procedures, payroll, and revenue audit departments’ daily tasks
• Configure our software to correctly model the clients’ chart of accounts
• Design necessary journal entries at the time of system cut over for system migration
• Develops and enables department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls
• Provide Support services to our clients in a post-install period
• Demonstrates and provides outstanding customer and employee relations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred, or 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, technical writing skills
• Ability to create, read, and understand spreadsheets
• Ability to work as part of a project team structure
• Ability to work on-site at client locations throughout North America
• Ability to pass stringent background investigations required
• Clean driving record required
