Responsibilities
- Review and process AP invoices and monthly subcontractor pay requests
- Prepare monthly owner billings
- Reconcile, audit, and forecast for internal monthly cost reports
- Resolve various accounting and contract insurance issues
- Maintain and monitor job files and document control
- Review and audit reconciliations
- Prepare various accounting reports
- Audit monthly state use tax returns
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree required (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Possess auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities
- Physical requirements: sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 75 lbs
