What Will You Be Doing?

• Reconciling cash in a global setting, including both store cash and corporate cash accounts.
• Maintaining efficient operational procedures.
• Delivering on-time and accurate cash reconciliations within the existing control environment.
• Ensuring cash is collected from stores globally.
• Cooking with bank and armored carriers to ensure regular service is performed globally.
• Cultivating effective relationships with Asset Protection, Store Operations, and Treasury.
• Providing excellent cross-functional support and troubleshooting issues.

What Do You Need To Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, not required.
• 1-2+ years’ experience within a fast-paced setting, ideally with global/international exposure.
• Experience with account reconciliation tool (ReconNET preferred).
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience in building strong internal and external business partner relationships.
• A high attention to detail and organizational skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Thriving in stressful situations and maintaining calm under pressure.
