About the role
This position is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process at Integrity Fab & Machine, Inc. Duties include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with suppliers.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient production.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate with team members.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to maintain supply chain stability.
- Resolve production issues and provide timely solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
