Accounting Clerk

About the role

Maintain purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and cheque requests for hotel payables. Ensure vendors are paid per agreed terms and Four Seasons policies. Verify and process expense reports and petty cash reimbursements per controls.

Requirements

• High school or college education, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum three to twelve months experience in related finance position
• Working knowledge of GAAP, credit, receivables, payables, and internal controls

Nice to have

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with peers and supervisors
• Plan and monitor duties for efficient use of available hotel resources
