Responsibilities

Process customer invoices and support billing activities.
Review, code, and process vendor invoices while assisting with accounts payable.
Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and project-related documentation.
Maintain project compliance records, including insurance certificates, bonds, and lien waivers.
Review payment applications and verify supporting documentation.
Organize and maintain project files and accounting records.
Aid with certified payroll reporting and project closeout documentation.
Provide general accounting, administrative, and project support as needed.

Requirements

Experience supporting accounting operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice handling, or payment documentation.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and confidence using computer systems for accurate data entry and record maintenance.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review financial and project documents for completeness and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, follow deadlines, and keep organized records across active projects.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Working knowledge of document tracking, compliance files, and general office administration practices.
High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism when handling financial and contractual information.
