Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices, match purchase orders, and ensure timely payments
- Auxiliary with accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment application
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve financial discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
- Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
- Enter data into accounting systems with high accuracy
- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding billing and payments
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation
- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP/AR, debits/credits)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
