Accounting Clerk/Analyst

Responsibilities
- Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment.
- Maintaining accounts payable records and vendor files.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting with weekly payment runs and maintaining payment schedules.
- Supporting month-end, year-end, and audit-related reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems.
- Performing collections on customer accounts receivable.
- Reviewing and revising installer payroll time/punches daily or weekly.
- Researching account issues and helping resolve questions from staff, management, vendors, and clients.
- Collaborating with other departments to support accurate financial operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- One year of office/admin experience required; accounting experience preferred.
- HVAC experience is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Sage Intacct, ServiceTitan, SAWIN, Divvy, or similar systems is a plus.

Schedule
This is a Part-Time role, with hours ranging from 20-30 a week.
