Summary Responsibilities/Principal Duties
- Loading invoices to their designated PO’s in specific work orders (WO’s)
- Compiling components of service calls to generate and forward customer invoices in a timely manner
- Contacting vendors for required data
- Saving documents in correct places
- Verifying document completeness
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Performing vendor relations functions
- Assisting with special accounting projects, such as the UST report
- Monitoring WO aging
- Answering the phone
- Contacting customers for specific documents as needed
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- General ledger/bookkeeping experience preferred
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, Email, and the Internet
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to plan and organize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Quick and accurate mathematical calculations
- Independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
