Summary Responsibilities/Principal Duties

  • Loading invoices to their designated PO’s in specific work orders (WO’s)
  • Compiling components of service calls to generate and forward customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Contacting vendors for required data
  • Saving documents in correct places
  • Verifying document completeness
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail
  • Performing vendor relations functions
  • Assisting with special accounting projects, such as the UST report
  • Monitoring WO aging
  • Answering the phone
  • Contacting customers for specific documents as needed

Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • General ledger/bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, Email, and the Internet
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan and organize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick and accurate mathematical calculations
  • Independent judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
