About the role
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of the company.Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain detailed records.
- Handle bank reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support budget preparation and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
