We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in Jupiter, FL! Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare invoices
- Collect overdue accounts
- Manage vendor payments
- Assist with ordering consumables
- Maintain customer and vendor accounts in QuickBooks Online
Requirements
- AA or 2+ years experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate with clients and vendors
- Ability to learn new software programs, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft products
