About the Role: The Accounting Assistant supports billing, accounts receivable follow-up, financial transaction entry, record maintenance, and related accounting coordination. Responsibilities: Create invoices according to company practices and submit invoices to customers. Enter financial transactions into accounting software. Regularly review AR Aging reports to follow up on payment discrepancies. May assist in collection of past due accounts. Collaborate within the team or across departments for accounting/billing related tasks/inquiries. Maintain digital and physical financial records. Other tasks related to accounting assigned by the supervisor. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience working in a corporate accounting environment. Advanced knowledge of Netsuite and other financial management tools. Certification such as Certified Bookkeeper or similar credentials. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
