Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Aid with Accounts Receivable, including preparing invoices, account statements, and related documentation.
- Reconcile company credit card statements.
- Enter equipment and truck hours accurately into company systems.
- Create, maintain, and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Respond to email inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting Department and office management.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Two or more years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related office experience is preferred.
- Courses or an associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
