About the Role

This is a Customer Service Help Desk position in the Finance Service Center. In this role, you will work closely with business partners to resolve issues related to shipping, answer questions for internal and external customers and vendors related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and review and approve employee expense reports for reimbursement. The position is primarily remote; however, the Analyst must be able to work from the Scottsdale office when required.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers as the first point of contact to resolve customer service calls, queries, or problems.
• Create and analyze reports and make recommendations to management based on findings.
• Support offshore staff by answering questions, providing training, and updating documentation as needed.
• Assist with training of business process changes as needed.
• Participate on teams for process improvement, cost reduction, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of analytical or related business experience.
• Problem-solving skills: identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Effective analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify, research, and resolve problems with appropriate solutions.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur, and/or Service First preferred.
• General knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.

Pay

$21.24 - $28.31 hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
