Accounting Analyst

About the role

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to join our Finance team. The role supports accounting operations across different entities, including reconciliations, payments, financial documentation, reporting, and general accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations.
• Review payments to linguistic and non-linguistic vendors.
• Monitor client accounts receivable balances.
• Review supporting documentation related to payments and financial transactions.
• Support the preparation of financial and accounting reports.
• Review commission calculations and professional fee payments.
• Support accounting processes across different Terra entities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support improvements in accounting processes and controls.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience working with different legal entities or companies is highly valued.
• Good command of English and fluent Spanish.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
