Accounting Analyst

AccountingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Ellis Porter", "Our Culture", "Position Summary", "What You’ll Do", "What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring", "What We’ll Provide". Also maybe "Benefits" etc. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. Thus we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About Ellis Porter (description of firm). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About Ellis Porter" is about company, not role. But we can still include a section heading like "About the firm"? The allowed headings list includes "About the role". But we could use "About Ellis Porter" as heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive. So we can use other headings as appropriate? Probably we should stick to those typical headings but we can adapt. However we need to preserve content. Could have sections: About the firm (maybe "About Ellis Porter") but not in list. Might be okay. But we need to avoid filler. We'll include sections: About Ellis Porter, Our Culture, Position Summary (maybe as overview), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring), Benefits (What We’ll Provide). Also maybe "Qualifications" could be same as Requirements. We must not create Pay or Schedule sections unless posting actually states them. The posting mentions "flexible work schedules, including remote work opportunities" under What We’ll Provide. That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section? But we could incorporate schedule info in Benefits or separate. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state flexible work schedules, so we could include a Schedule section. However we also have benefits like health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, casual attire, free food, exposure to international cuisine. Those are benefits. So we could have Benefits section. But we also have "Competitive compensation" mentioned but no specific numbers. That's vague; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific (just "competitive compensation"). The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state benefits and schedule specifics, so we can include Benefits and Schedule sections. For Pay, we have only "competitive compensation" which is vague; better not to create Pay section. Thus sections: - About Ellis Porter (maybe heading "About Ellis Porter") - Our Culture (heading "Our Culture") - Position Summary (maybe heading "Position Summary") - Responsibilities (heading "Responsibilities") for What You’ll Do - Requirements (heading "Requirements") for What Skills And Experience You’ll Bring - Benefits (heading "Benefits") for What We’ll Provide (including benefits and schedule) - Schedule (heading "Schedule") maybe separate for flexible work schedules. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Benefits and Schedule into one Benefits section that includes both benefits and schedule info. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Benefits and Schedule into one Benefits section. But we also have schedule info: "People-centered workplace policies and flexible work schedules, including remote work opportunities". That's a benefit. So we can include that under Benefits. Thus we will have sections: About Ellis Porter, Our Culture, Position Summary, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits. Now we need to format content: Use

    for each section heading. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to copy the text exactly? Probably we can keep the wording but we can format as lists. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, non-solicitation statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions like "Does this position, and our culture, seem like a good fit for you? If so, we would love to speak with you about joining the Ellis Porter team!" That's application instruction; remove. Also remove "Ellis Porter provides equal employment opportunities..." etc. Remove that. Also remove "NON-SOLICITATION STATEMENT..." etc. Also remove any navigation/footer etc (none present). Now let's extract substantive content. Original text: About Ellis Porter At Ellis Porter, our goal is to improve the immigration experience for employers and individuals so they can thrive in a smaller world. We are a team of dedicated immigration professionals (we call ourselves Porters) who believe passionately in the economic, cultural, and human value of immigration. At Ellis Porter, we love what we do, and who we do it with, and we find great satisfaction in knowing that our work positively impacts the careers, families, and lives of all those we serve. Our Culture We are immensely proud of our culture at Ellis Porter. It’s grounded in the belief that people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and encouraged to bring their whole selves to work. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We do not tolerate drama, and jerks are not allowed. It’s not what you would expect from a typical law firm, because we are not a typical law firm. In the demanding, ever-changing world of immigration, our processes and tools continue to evolve, and we look for Porters who approach change with adaptability, curiosity, and a desire to keep improving how we serve one another and our clients. If you believe great work can be both high-performing and human, come join us and help make a difference.
