Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with ACH/credit card processing
Responsibilities
- Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks
- Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules
- Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements
- Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts
- Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses
- Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation
- Track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges
- Support financial reporting and maintain accurate donation records
