The Accounting Administrator will work closely with Accounting Manager and CFO while supporting a wide range of accounting, payroll, and administrative functions across multiple entities. Salary: $55,000–$68,000 Accounting Administrator Responsibilities Support full-cycle accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closeMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple entitiesPrepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting-related documentationPerform bank, account, and general ledger reconciliationsProcess and reconcile payroll, including payroll taxes, garnishments, and related reportingAssist with employee benefits administration as it relates to payrollPrepare and file sales and use tax returnsAssist with year-end reporting, including W-2s and 1099sMaintain accurate and organized financial records and accounting documentationSupport ownership and executive leadership with accounting reports, analysis, and special projectsAssist with HR and administrative functions as neededServe as a key administrative and accounting resource for the leadership team Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or full-cycle accounting experienceStrong experience with general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reportingPayroll processing experience, including payroll taxes and garnishmentsFamiliarity with sales and use tax filings #INSEP2026
