Responsibilities
- Track and calculate royalties due to vendors
- Work with Product Line Management team and Indirect Procurement Lead to review new royalty agreements
- Provide quarterly reports to third party software vendors and initiate payments as required
- Prepare necessary month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting journal entries and account reconciliations
- Work with Product Line Management & Indirect Procurement teams to ensure that all the necessary part number codes are being maintained in the royalty tracking spreadsheets
- Evaluate, identify and recommend process improvements where needed
- Communicate with all levels of organization for timecard accruals for Services team
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- BS Degree – Accounting
- Minimum two to four years of experience in Accounting/Finance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Proficiency in Excel
- Attention to Detail
- Dependable & team player
- Experience with Automated Accounting Software (Oracle desired)
Pay
The annual pay range for this position is $63,900 - $102,100 USD.
