Accountant (International & Joint Ventures)

Job Responsibilities

• Captures and processes invoices and manages payments for company-owned international entities and licensee partners.
• Identifies and implements process improvements and supports automation initiatives.
• Aids in month-end close activities for joint ventures and international licensees, preparing journal entries.
• Performs accurate and timely reconciliations in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Maintains and updates licensee contract data in Workday.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting.
• Minimum three years of related experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment.
• Successful completion of annual store training.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Workday and other financial management systems.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of retail/hospitality operations.

Pay

Pay Range: P2 $72,500 - $101,500 / Annual

Individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
