Responsibilities

  • Manage General Ledgers, Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Process payroll efficiently.
  • Handle bill payments.
  • Maintain regular communication with advisors.
  • Prepare wires, ACH payments, and checks.
  • Ensure flexible availability to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper in a mid-sized CPA or Business Management Accounting firm required.
  • Proficiency with Paychex.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Ajilink, DataFaction, and DF Imaging a plus.
