Accountant

Join Outova and shape the future of outdoor living in a hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Accountant who takes ownership and enjoys collaborating across teams.

About the role

In this position, you’ll work across a variety of accounting functions to support the continued growth of our organization.

Responsibilities

• General ledger maintenance, journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Inventory, gross margin, and fixed asset schedules
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
• Payroll accounting and reconciliations
• Tax and regulatory filings
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Audit support and documentation
• Identifying opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with accounting software—QuickBooks preferred
• HRIS experience—UKG is a plus
• Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Schedule

Hybrid (Keller, TX), full-time, exempt.

Pay

$70,000–$75,000/year.
