Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and record daily corporate cash transactions
- Coincide with operating units and prepare and analyze the Federal Reserve Bank quarterly report
- Partner with operating units and corporate departments regarding cash transactions
- Responsible for SOX 404 testing of non-cash processes
- Aid in the accounting close in the preparation of schedules
- Prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations
- Responsible for deferred compensation and billing
- Responsible for taking a fresh approach in the analysis of accounts ensuring compliance with corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Aid in the preparation quarterly tax schedules and Forward Pricing Schedules for the Corporate Tax department, Long Range Plans for the FP&A group
- Aid in the preparation of certain disclosures in the SEC 10-Q, 10-K and Proxy
- Support and participate in special projects
Requirements
- Understanding of U.S. GAAP
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 2 years minimum of corporate accounting experience

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
