Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and record daily corporate cash transactions
• Coincide with operating units and prepare and analyze the Federal Reserve Bank quarterly report
• Partner with operating units and corporate departments regarding cash transactions
• Responsible for SOX 404 testing of non-cash processes
• Aid in the accounting close in the preparation of schedules
• Prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations
• Responsible for deferred compensation and billing
• Responsible for taking a fresh approach in the analysis of accounts ensuring compliance with corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Aid in the preparation quarterly tax schedules and Forward Pricing Schedules for the Corporate Tax department, Long Range Plans for the FP&A group
• Aid in the preparation of certain disclosures in the SEC 10-Q, 10-K and Proxy
• Support and participate in special projects

Requirements

• Understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2 years minimum of corporate accounting experience
