Accountant

Responsibilities

• Oversight of financial and accounting functions.
• Verification of daily accounting transactions.
• Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including credit terms, aging monitoring, provisions, and cash flow analysis.
• Submission of monthly closing accounts on time.
• Annual audit and tax matters coordination.
• Liaison with banks, company secretaries, tax agents, external auditors, government authorities, and professional advisors.
• Management of spending to align with corporate budget.
• Supervision of the Accounts department.
• Evaluation and monitoring of internal control systems for compliance with corporate policies.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and company ethical standards.
• Establishment and enforcement of proper accounting policies, procedures, and methods.
• Completion of ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
