Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing all accounts payable and receivable.
• Conducting regular job costing to ensure the financial viability of projects.
• Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures.
• Providing financial analysis and forecasting.
• Assisting in budget preparation and management.
• Liaising with external auditors and managing internal audits.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Continually improving systems and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and job costing.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial management tools.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and dependability.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
