Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit accurate owner billings in accordance with contractual requirements
- Ensure job costs are processed correctly and in compliance with internal control standards
- Proactively identify and communicate potential financial risks
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with third-party subcontractors
- Partner closely with project management teams to support exceptional client service and timely payment
- Independently manage projects with complex contractual requirements, including certified payroll reporting, diversity and inclusion participation, prevailing wage, and TIF compliance
- Prepare cost-plus, cost-plus GMP, and lump-sum billings
- Ensure all allowable costs are billed accurately and on time
- Track and manage subcontractor lien waivers
- Coincide the billing process with project teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
