About the role
Encompass Health is seeking an Accountant to manage payroll, invoices, and financial reporting, supporting hospital operations through detailed financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for hospital employees.
- Manage invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
- Support financial reporting and analysis.
- Maintain daily financial reports and submit to corporate.
- Auxiliary with special projects.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- 3-4 years of healthcare accounting experience preferred.
- 2 years experience with payroll and accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
