Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports for clients
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments
• Afford clients with bookkeeping using QuickBooks and other accounting software
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Collaborate with clients to provide financial insights and advisory services
• Support payroll processing and comply with applicable regulations
• Afford tax returns preparation and ensure adherence to tax laws
• Provide excellent client service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Prior CPA firm experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks is required (Desktop & Online)
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
