Key Responsibilities For The Accountant Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records as an Accountant. Complete account reconciliations and assist with month-end accounting activities. Prepare and support tax return engagements as an Accountant. Assist with audit engagements by gathering documentation and supporting schedules. Provide bookkeeping support and ensure accurate financial reporting as an Accountant. Qualifications For The Accountant Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Prior bookkeeping experience and a strong accounting foundation. Understanding of reconciliations, general ledger activity, and financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a CPA firm environment as an Accountant.
