About the role

Pittsburgh, PA 15205 (Hybrid after training) $60,000–$75,000

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and support internal reporting needs
• Auxiliary accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
• Support audit requests and maintain accounting documentation
• Utilize ERP systems to manage and analyze financial data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Experience working with ERP software, with SAP experience greatly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables & VLOOKUPS)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications for the Accountant role include:
